Strata side done
BAYS supplies the strata certificate, levy figures and records your conveyancer needs.
Settle
Your conveyancer settles. BAYS pays their professional fee and sets up the new owner.
Free conveyancing covers the partner conveyancer's professional fee. Searches, government charges and other disbursements are payable by the client. One transaction per property. Offer Terms apply.

Referral fees and partners
BAYS may receive a referral fee from our partner real estate agents, conveyancer and mortgage broker when you use their services. Before you proceed we tell you in writing who the partner is and the amount of any fee.
BAYS does not provide real estate agency, legal or credit services. These are provided by our licensed partners. The broker is paid by the lender, so the comparison service costs you nothing.
